The first session of the 2023 Central Iowa Business Academy begins by joining the Leadership and Small Business Management tracks together for a deep dive on the Six Working Genius assessment.  After registering, attendees will be sent a link to complete the assessment. Please print and bring the assessment report to this session. 

The Working Genius model identifies the six fundamental activities that are required for any type of work and provides a simple framework for how work gets done.  They include: Wonder, Invention, Discernment, Galvanizing, Enablement, and Tenacity
These six types of genius are required for any work endeavor. We’ve heard stories from thousands of workers from CEOs to teachers and airline pilots to elephant zoo-keepers.
